I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend, and I am on a healing journey that has led me here. My vision is to empower women and ignite a sense of unshakeable confidence within them. We are capable of conquering any obstacle, and our experiences of pain can fuel an extraordinary inner strength. The path to healing may not always be straightforward, but it is undeniably attainable and ever-present. My journey has been long, and I recognize that there is still a considerable distance to cover. The effort I have invested to reach this point has been monumental, and I have been fortunate to benefit from the guidance of remarkable mentors along the way. I refuse to be confined by the label of a victim. Instead, I am dedicated to serving as a beacon of strength, a conduit of hope, and a source of healing and love for others. I believe it is imperative to share our struggles to help others find their way.

As a survivor of domestic violence, I am deeply committed to guiding others toward healing, love, and compassion. Having endured trauma that resulted in chronic illness affecting my mind, body, and spirit, I spent nearly a decade rebuilding my strength. Working with a functional medicine doctor and many other holistic professionals, I learned how to detoxify my body safely and gained the importance of using non-toxic products. I successfully achieved remission from fibromyalgia and interstitial cystitis, among other health conditions.

Extensive study and research on organic, ethically sourced ingredients and the healing properties of plants led me to formulate my own products. These products are not only safe but also possess remarkable healing properties. My passion is to empower people to achieve wellness and embrace opportunities for positive change. We are all in pursuit of better days and a path to becoming our best selves. I have personally transformed from barely surviving to revitalizing my life. As the saying goes, “growth is not linear,” it demands grace and patience. I kept reminding myself to keep moving forward every day. I was ready and able to break free from stagnation. Hi! My name is Mandi Schmidt, and I am one of the founders of Earth Risen. My goal for Earth Risen is to allow each person that uses our unique formulation of products to feel more confident in themselves by looking their best. The entire skin care line, Cleansing Balm, Facial Cleanser, Hydrating Restorative Mist, and Rejuvenation Serum, has been life altering for me and my skin. For me personally, I have always battled a lack of confidence, and these products have given me a much-needed boost that I had never had before. Unlike Amber, my traumas in life began in childhood. Like so many, I was born to a young single mother and an absentee father. The struggles I experienced in life affected me emotionally and made it difficult to discover self-love and self-worth. I never had a nurturing, safe upbringing that harvested confidence which is vital for a young girl trying to navigate life and all its challenges. Witnessing first hand traumas such as domestic violence, homelessness and alcoholism at such a young age, leaves a permanent scar no matter how great of a man I married, no matter how great of a mother to my sons I have been, no matter how good of a life I have achieved; I am forever left with a feeling of not being worthy, not being enough.

So, when Amber approached me about creating Earth Risen, this was the inspiration and validation that I had been seeking without even realizing it. I know it’s insane to think a skin care regiment can change a person’s entire mindset, but I am here to tell you that it does, and it can! I no longer try to blend into the background as I once did, praying to remain unnoticed. I straighten my back, pull my hair up and hold my head high because I know that these products are truly amazing and can change a life by giving you your confidence back.
